Is this teething?!

My son is almost 4 months and for the past week he has been a mess. At first I thought he was sick due to low grade fever, increased fussiness, and mild congestion but now I'm wondering if he is teething. Today he has had a runny nose, low fever, chewing on anything/everything, screaming hysterically out of no where, rubbing his cheeks, fussy, and decreased appetite... All of which I know can be teething symptoms. He has his 4 month dr appt on Wednesday so I will ask then but just wanted to get others thoughts! FTM here!
