Rash around lady bits!?!

Please help! My bits have been itching lately and I recently noticed that there is a red scaly rash  around where the edge of my panties at the crotch. I don't know what it is, how I got it or how to get rid of it!!! Please help if you can! Thanks ladies.

That is not UTI symptoms believe me, and even if you did have a uti you CANNOT get treatment over the counter, so don't worry about that. It sounds like a shaving problem? Does it happen when you shave? If so you should try some moisturizer. Sometimes that also happens to me if I work out to much and I sweat in that area a lot.
