My friend had sex with two guys within a week of each other and when she took a test, she tested positive and doesn't know who she got it from. If she got it from the first guy, does it mean the second guy would've had it regardless?

Not necessarily. (Back in college) my friend and I had sex with the same person, I got it and she didn't. Your friend should definitely tell both of them though, just in case
