Evening primrose oil
Anyone try evening primrose oil to help peep for labor? Does it help induce?
I'm considering trying it, but wasn't sure if taking it orally would be enough, or do you have to insert vaginally as well? What dosage did you start with?
Just looking for other's with experiencing using this?
