Avoiding certain foods
I'm getting tired of this ..........
Is it true you have to avoid certain foods while breastfeeding ??
I'm so tired of constantly being watched, literally, and everything I put into my mouth is bad , apparently ... And I get dirty looks when I eat it even after they tell me 'it's bad'
For example, they say I can't eat lemon, eggs , ICE (as in no ice with my drinks) ??? , beans ... I understand the beans will make her gassy but I've never heard of the other things being a problem ?
