My lo in 13 weeks and sleeps thur the night now and for about 2 days my right breast has been extremely painful to touch on the lower part of breast near nipple and it's hard other spots were hard and sore but have slowly gone away. Does this sound like engorged breast, clued duct etc.? The right one is the one that makes more cause she prefers it more over the left. I have never had this problem before and I'm a bit scared. And when she nurses the right side it's been hurting when the let down happens. Tia
