I think I might be pregnant but I'm not sure, I haven't taken a test yet but I've had unprotected sex a couple of times this month. I was just wondering what your first signs of pregnancy were? I've had like tinginling cramps in my lower left side like by my ovaries. Did anyone else experience this as well? I'm not supposed to get my period until later this week.
