I've had nothing but pregnancy symptoms the past 3 weeks. Yesterday I had sharp pains on the lower right side which yesterday would make my full cycle (29 days) and I didn't bleed. This morning I have woken up with light pink blood but only when I wipe. I really hope it's not a period. Although about a week or 2 ago I was spotting brown and red discharge. So I don't know what is going on right now.
