IBS Sufferers... HALP! 👏🏼
Does anyone on here suffer from IBS? I have for years.. Mum, uncle and grandfather have Crohns but it always comes back negative when I get the testing for it.
Anywayyyy, I am having such a huge flare up these past two week and tonight I am just so over it so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone has any tips and tricks they swear by?
