Please someone help me out! I have PCOS and have been put on metformin and I just want to know if any one has got pregnant with ovaries that have 20 plus cysts?? How long did it take you ? What did you do differently ?? Please comment !!!!

I have had PCOS and diet, lifestyle changes and supplements have given me my menstrual cycle back. Don't always take what the doctors tell you to be absolute. You can reverse it! Look into whole30 and paleo. Inositol has changed my life, and detoxing excess estrogen. These lifestyle changes are hard but soon worth it in the end. I was told I could never get pregnant because of the amount of cysts and scar tissue. Don't listen to the doctors! It is possible! After cleaning up my diet (bread and sugar we're definitely key), exercising (even walking for 30 mins a day), taking all toxins out of my house (especially chemical laden menstrual products) I was cyst free in a little over a year! After I got rid of the cysts and took a daily multivitamin I was able to get pregnant a year after I was declared cyst free without Clomid or Metformin. It's hard but know you aren't in this alone & it most definitely can be done!

I have Pcos and always had a large amount of clustered cyst on both ovaries. I was put on metformin but it made me really sick and they wouldn't digest right which freaked me out!! I stopped taking it all together. I did not ovulate on my own as most women with pcos do not. I was put on clomid. I took 8 cycles of clomid and tracked me ovulation with opks and finally I'm pregnant. 11 weeks today. While ttc I cried a lot!! Like a whole lot thinking it would never happen for me bc of all of the horror stories and all of overwhelming information from my Dr! But There is hope sweety!! Don't stop trying even if you have to do a whole lot crying lol. I wish you the best of blessings in your journey.

Yes. I have PCOS, don't ovulate on my own & rarely have a period. I did 3 rounds of clomid & 1 round of Femara to get a pregnancy. Sadly it ended in miscarriage. 5 months later & 2 more rounds of higher doses of Femara I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby. 🌈 I take 1,000mg of metformin a day, prometrium & prenatals now. Each time we went to the doctor to check if I had follicles, I had at least 20 or more cysts on the ovary that didn't have the dominant follicle.
