Need some advice!!
Hey everyone!! I am about 6 weeks preg. Last night I did a very lift workout and had some super sharp cramps. I haven't had any spotting but I am freaking out. I moved my 8 week ultrasound to tomorrow. Just to make sure everything is ok! I guess I just want some calming down. So I don't keep freaking out.
