Anyone experiencing Sciatica ?!?

I am and boy does it hurt 😩. Thank God I work for a chiropractor. Adjustments have been my bestfriend 💙. How are you ladies dealing with it ?

I am. It hurts soooo bad to sit, stand, walk, or lay down!! I can hardly walk!! I have tried some stretches and I will be getting in the pool later to see if it will help with pressure. If this doesn't work I am going to have to see the chiropractor.

Stretching, yoga, getting in the pool when I can. Walking carefully because a misstep will send shooting pain thru my leg, butt & back. Trying not to stand or sit in one position too long. 😫
