Wedding Day Period

So my period has been super irregular since getting on Nexplanon. It's gone from no cycle at all (for the first 6 months) to a 42 day cycle around April and down to a 35 day cycle. If this current cycle holds, I'll be on my period on my wedding day in a few weeks. Let's be honest: blood be damned! We decided to abstain from sex for 60 days leading up to the big day. Waiting another 7 days on top of that is NOT in my plans. I am having sex on my wedding night, I just don't want it to look like a crime scene afterwards 😳 What can I do about it? Does anyone have any suggestions?
