Cycle Day 74!!!!

Guys! I have not had a period since May 14th(i should be happy, right?) and its driving me crazy! Since then I have been diagnosed with PCOS and I'm on metformin. My first day of the meds was June 30th. Well, I have not had a period yet, I've been Moody, getting bad acne and been bloated. I've had multiple pregnancy test and all are negative. I don't know what to do. When should I start ? I've never missed a period expect when I was pregnant so it's all new. And I'm kinda worried. Should I call my doctor back? Any advice is appreciated.
