I use Hanes brand bikini. They are supper soft cotton ones. No not all that sexy, but as a pad user. They keep them in place so no leaks!

At Kmart they have the joe boxer stretchy black bottoms. They aren't sold in packages, they're sold individually in bins next to the packaged ones (at least in my Kmart), seriously my favorite period panty ever!

I just bought some breathable Hanes that are boyshorts and satiny kinda. Still cute looking but I got 5 pair for like $9 and I use them the week of my period. But in pretty good at knowing the exact moment I start my period, so I have not ruined a pair of cite/sexy undies in years.
