Took Plan B a day before my fertile window - Will it throw my cycle out of whack?

Will it delay ovulation? I had unprotected sex on Sunday night (he pulled out, but that's not risk-free, I know) and, on Monday afternoon, I took emergency contraception. According to Glow, my fertile window starts today, on Tuesday, although I had some cervical mucus yesterday.

I want to use bbt to track my cycle and avoid sex in certain days, but I'm honestly so scared I might get pregnant again. And hormonal birth control worses my depression and digestive issues. I'm considering wearing the BC patch (Ortho Evra), though. If anyone has had good experiences with it, please let me know. Thank you!
