Please help😟 very late period!!!

Hey ladies!! I was wondering what could possibly be wrong with me? My last period was May 30th and I didn't think it was a problem because I've always had an irregular period but I'm starting to get worried. I've been feeling nauseated, my breast are really sensitive, and I've been having mild cramps but no period. I took 2 pregnancy test but both turned out negative. I went to the doctor for nausea and they gave me a urine test, everything came up negative. So I went to my regular doctor and they took a blood sample and another urine test and everything came up negative. I still feel nauseated sometimes, my breast are still super sensitive, and still feel mild cramps. I've also been urinating a lot lately too. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to get an ultrasound to see what could possibly be wrong and trust me it's not in my head lol its the real deal. I just need answers because I'm worried.😟😟😟
