Plan B again.....

Okay, so me and my FWB, decided to have sex in my car on Sunday. (July 24th, my last day for fertile). Unprotected...... Afterwards I took a Plan B pill and went on my way home.... We might have sex again on Wednesday (July 27th) but this time with condoms . My question is . Should i take another plan b pill or should the condoms be good. Or will i mess up the first pill effects on me if i take another one....
