can someone explain to me what early labor contractions feel like ? I got checked and felt a bunch of pressure afterwards which isn't normal. after coming home about 10-15 mins later I felt pressure that you feel when being checked but it was a little worse. lasted for about a minutes. it was in my hips and pelvic bone and under my belly button. it stretched from hip to hip. I had a second one earlier that lasted 1:44. it hurt bad when I got on my back. it calmed when I got on my right side. that was a little worse than the first. not sure if it's early labor or false labor ? 38+4 weeks. almost 1cm and almost thinned.
