IUD removal question.

TMI... but i had my Iud removed last Wednesday and the dr. Told me to start my birth control pill the sunday after the first day on my period... my last period was July 7th... i was bleeding a little Saturday morning, no blood sunday and bleeding a little on monday... is this my period or just random bleeding.... side note... my husband and i are still having sex... mostly anal.... and my boobs hurt so bad. Is the blood from the removal or is it my period?
