A friend of mine had their first child a week before me and has there child in the up position of the stroller. 2 months old I thot that was strange and I wanted to ask bc I think thats too young.

8 weeks. It isn't completely upright, more on a slant. He has good neck control and does not slump forward. So we usually go out for a quick 15 mins walk around the block only.

When her head didn't flop forward sitting straight up and she didn't slump over anymore. I think she was about 4 months. Roughly the same time she learned to roll over.
