OMG SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I was masturbating earlier (sorry if that's a little tmi) to a picture of anakin sky walker which was in my room (not sorry) and I thought I was so home alone so was being really loud- I just came out my room an hour later as afterwards I just watched netflix on my phone, then realised as I came out that my dad was IN THE NEXT ROOM ALONG. He hasn't said anything, and I don't think I am going to... WHAT SHOULD I DO???!!? (I'm 16)
