Back and hip pain😧

My back and hips are hurting like a really annoying period week would. This is my 3 pregnancy and my 2nd child is now 9 years old. So pregnancy to me is like a new thing. I'm curious to know if I should be experiencing all this pain. 😠 looking forward to my first sonogram on Thursday.
