Advice? Baby HATES car seat!!

My baby is 11 weeks and has finally figured out what the car seat is, and he hates it!! It used to be that we could put him into it, and he wouldn't cry till we actually strapped him in, then would calm down once the car was moving. Now he screams as soon as we put him in it, and he will not quit whether the car is moving or not. Does anyone have any tips on making the car seat more positive?
