Please help omg

So me and this guy I've been talking to and we were doing a few things and we didn't have sex, but he came in his shorts then put his dick right on my vagina. Not in but on. I'm not supposed to get my period until the 30/31, but I started spotting. I've never done that before. Ever. And now I've been cramping a lot. Which is normal for me, but it's on and off. And the earliest signs of pregnancy are spotting and cramping. I know I should've been more careful but can someone please help with some answers I'm freaking the hell
