Pregnant & insomnia??

Before finding out if your me pregnant did you wake up a million times at night and have night sweats????

I wake up in a puddle some nights. It is the grossest feeling. I'm a type 1 diabetic so usually when I wake up sweaty it's because my sugar is low. Now it's just the baby playing with the internal thermostat

Often but now it's bad since I enter my third trimester 😔 can't sleep at all now at night

The past two nights I've been waking up like every hour and having night sweats.also sore breasts and abdominal cramps here and there.  I took a test yesterday it was faint so not sure what's going on! Lol

I had no other signs of pregnancy other than sleepless nights but I never felt tired during the day either.
