Milk always helps me! You can try tumbs too if you'd like. Milk always works best for me tho!

Mix 1 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar with 6oz of water and drink 3x a day. A lot of the time acid reflux is caused by not having enough acid in your stomach. I used to do this before I was even pregnant instead of taking meds.

Everything gives me heartburn! My throat is constantly on fire no matter what I eat. I take tums and drink milk. That's all I've found that helps

I have horrible indigestion. It feels like someone threw a lit match down my throat and it has almost caused me to throw up. I haven't found a remedy yet, some women use tums or drink a lot of milk.
