Leg cramps at 14 weeks why??? Is it normal?

Urrgg i been having leg cramps on both legs kind of like pain and my lower back feels like they are stretching it feels weird!!! Is it normal??

Stay hydrated, stretch, and try a calcium magnesium supplement. I got one at the recommendation of my midwife and chiropractor and have had almost zero leg cramps since then (32w+ now). I take it before bed so it absorbs better.

I get leg cramps all the time that wake me from my sleep. Its happened with all my pregnancies. Hang in there!
