I HATE MY OBGYN OFFICE

A few weeks ago I needed to call them to get my SO semen analysis results, and while I was on the phone with them I said "hey I know my cd 20 is going to be the 29th of July, can we just schedule for my progesterone blood work now" the receptionist said, "oh you should be able to call that morning and the lab will have no problem getting you in." Well today is the 29th, I started calling their office at 9:30 this morning. It rang and it rang... Two hours I tried calling them, no answer. Finally someone answered, I told her I needed to get in for my blood work, and she says "okay I will have krista call you to make that appointment" (mind you I'm going out of town in a couple hours for a girl getaway with my friend) no call. so a hour or so goes by, I call AGAIN, now I have been on hold now for almost 20 mins. WTF!!
