HELP Depression: TTC

We have been TTC since 2011 but something always goes wrong.

2012 I had a sudden bout of heavy bleeding which turned out to be almost 2cm polyp and required dnc and was told I had pcos but thanks to the procedure, they're clear so far.

After that the doc put me on almost 3-4 courses of OVI-F including a trigger shot. No luck though the last one I thought I was expecting but turned out ovaries were over stimulated. After that we tried again naturally. A few close calls but always a negative.

Now this year we went to a fertility specialist, got all tests done including Hysterosalpingography but everything clear except for slightly raised insulin (16.5).

Till date have done 3 courses of Femara-Menogon-Pregnyl but again nothing. A couple of delayed periods but always negative. I don't know what to do anymore. It's depressing and frustrating with bad mood swings. And I am gaining weight even though it looks like I have lost weight. :'(
