Post Natal Diet & Workout
I'm 6wks out from delivering my baby girl; I've lost all baby weight. Now, I'm ready to work on toning the flabbiness and losing an additional 20-30#'s. Wanting to know what workout helped you, diets and if you used any app to help you along? I breastfeed which helps and have started to change eating habits slowly. I need foods that will help sustain me longer and get rid of my sweet tooth!!!! Thank in advance!
