Daycare?

I don't know what to do. My husband and I had talked about just having family watching the baby when she is born and I have to go back to work, but I work at a daycare and I get 50% off and she would be in the same building with me so I wouldn't have to leave her. However, he only works 2-3 days a work week and he wants to keep her with him when im at work which I'm fine with but I don't know what to do on the other 2-3 days. We were going to have my father in law and sister in law watch her but I don't feel my father in law would give her enough attention because he does side jobs at home and my sister in law is not responsible enough and I don't trust her by herself with the baby. So our option are to pay for a week of daycare and only use it half the time, or have them watch her for free...what would you do?
