Infected or irritated? Help!!

I had my daughter a little over 2 weeks almost 3 weeks ago. Does this look infected to you or just irritated, it hurts soooo bad, I wash it 4/5 times a day and always keep it dry, it didn't happen with my first c-section.. ☹️

You're irritating it more by overwashing it. I would recommend you contact your doctor to evaluate it.

It's looks irritated ... But I think you may be over washing it... I wash mine literally once a day (when shower) and do my best to keep my hands off of the area... I'd call the doctor asap to see what they recommend ... Also when washing I was told to basically squeeze soapy water over the area and touch lightly no scrubbing... And to touch lightly when drying ... Hope that helps

My doctor said to wash once or twice a day at the most and keep as dry as possible. (Hair dryer on cool setting helps)

If it doesn't improve, go see your doctor and he may be able to give you a cream (that's what mine did).

It looks irritated. Why are you washing it so much? I don't remember doing that with my first, but it was 7 years ago so I could be wrong?. I would try and keep it dry and see if that helps. Make sure to let it air out a bit each day.
