Just wanting personal experiences. My little one has really picked up on her movement here lately and they're so strong and uncomfortable. Several days ago, I was having what the nurse said were early contractions & the resting periods between them ranged from 1-2 minutes. The discomfort was so sharp and it felt like horrible gas pains and heavy menstrual cramps. My hips and back were aching. Luckily it all stopped on its own about an hour afterwards but it's got me nervous now because it's happening daily now and I'm so unprepared (no bags are packed, nowhere for her to sleep, etc.) How did you feel fought before you went into labour? And if your water broke on its own, did you notice any warning signs that it was going to happen?
