Is this OK?

So yesterday I had a scan at 5weeks because I had a bit of pink spotting ones & then abit of brown spotting after but it all stopped. In the scan they see blood by the yolk sack but the yolk sack was in the right place & still implanted. I did a pregnancy test this morning because I'm scared I'm going to miscarry. Would it be this strong if I have begun losing our little bean?
