High Blood Pressure

I'm finally pregnant with my first one. Me and my husband are so happy. Downside is that at the age of 27 I have high blood pressure. My BP readings are not normal for someone of my age. I'm due in February. Is there anyone else here who has or has had high BP throughout their pregnancy? How did you deal with it? I'm currently taking aspirin which was prescribed by my doctor but that won't of course get rid of the fear that I have that something is going to go wrong during my labour.
