How do drug addicts get pregnant so easy?

Serious question! It seems like a lot of us try for months or years to no avail but drug addicts who use meth or other drugs , constantly and quickly get pregnant . I've seen it a lot and know of a lot of people. I don't understand it

The medications/drugs,make your body in a neutral state,which with (really heavy users,or daily users) most of the time they don't get their AF,for a year or more but they ovulate. And sleeping around or with the same partner they still hit at the right time,because of their bodies being in a neutral state. But they also don't shed eggs so their body keeps up as they are pregnant so they have constant fertile cm. Myself,my mom,my sister,and aunts. Are/were all nurses,some for the l&d(maternity ward) floor,others in geriatrics,and some in the E.R.and one or two in pediatrics(peds) or nicu we all had/have our own specialties. In no way am I thinking that it's right,or fair......it's not. When we are well kept,well suited for motherhood,they get the perks and abuse their bodies and 99% of the time they don't take care of their kids,don't get me wrong their are some people that after pregnancy/children they straighten out after they go through labour but it's just sad to see the babies have to go through withdrawl because of the mothers negligence and carelessness. Baby dust too all of us here. That actually deserve it. (I mean this in no I'll mannor,so I don't want any bashing,or bitching saying I do)

I ask myself this daily. I work in law enforcement, and see people that shouldn't have kids pop out babies left and right. It's sickening really.

My mother is a herion & crack cocaine user, she told me she never had protected sex and she got pregnant 4 years later so it isn't always the case that they get pregnant easier. It's because they aren't tracking or trying so it seems longer to us because we try our hardest and they don't
