So my 4.5 month old son is ebf and lately my nipples have gotten sore and idk what's causing it. So of course I google and thrush is what come up.. My nips are normal color, they don't itch but they feel bruised when touched and they burn a little after he eats.. He doesn't have any white spots in his mouth and has no trouble eating and doesn't have diaper rash.. Is it possible to have thrush and him not have symptoms? Is it even thrush or can it be something else?
