C-section and milk supply

I had an unplanned c -section, and my little guy is 6 days old. I'm struggling to get my milk in, so I have to supplement. My LO lost 11% of his body weight over the 4 days we where in the hospital. Now at home I've been trying everything I can, pumping, breastfeeding, mothers milk tea. I'm only able to get about 2-3 oz every day. Does it really take that long? I want to breastfeed my baby :(.
