Advice needed please

In April I have a d/c and polyp removal along with a scope. My A/f had been light in may and in June it lasted only 4days, this month I got it last Friday and still have it that's 10days so far and today there have been a few clots and heavy bleeding. Im worried that a polyp has returned, has anyone else had this issue??? Am I ok?
