Too skinny?
So im 5ft tall and I weigh about a 103 and it's almost been a year now that ive been going to the gym, not to lose weight but to gain muscle mass and to get fit. And im more lean now but im still too skinny. I know gaining muscle as a women is hard and takes longer than guys, but im losing hope. Anyone have an advice or struggling with the same things.
