TMI but need advice
So this is super awk, but I've seen all sorts of crazy things on here so why not 😂
About a year ago I realized that I had a small hemorrhoid. I went to the doctor and she gave me a cream and just gave me a talk about eating fiber and drinking water (things I already do, I'm just unlucky). She said if that didn't help to come back but it would take surgery to remove.
Well, I never went back because I moved across the country and now I'm too nervous to go to my new doctor about it bc it's so awkward and it took literally all my bravery to go the first time. Also according to google it can be one of the most painful surgeries so I'm avoiding that. ALSO since I moved not too long ago, I don't have super close friends here so idk how this surgery goes but if I have to take meds for it that are going to make me loopy I don't have anyone I'm close enough to that I'm going to be willing to tell them I need a ride to/from the hospital for hemorrhoid surgery ðŸ˜
And honestly... It doesn't hurt/itch THAT much. It bothers me sometimes more than others but it's not constant. So that being said...I have to honestly say the worst part about it is I think it's probably noticeable during sex :/ I'm in a LDR so I don't have sex like all the time but it's borderline ruined sex for me the past year (I've seen my bf 3 times since) because I feel SO unsexy knowing that if we do it doggy especially (which is our favorite) he can probably see it. He hasn't said anything about it because who would so I try to ignore it and enjoy myself but it's def in the back of my mind.
Has anyone ever had them/know ways to get rid of them/had the surgery and would be able to tell me somewhat how it went??
