When am I meant to switch to non-underwire bras?

Not sure of the exact question you are asking but if you are uncomfortable in an underwire bra switch to sports bra. If not bothering go ahead and wear one entire pregnancy

I'm 37 + 2 and still wear my pre-pregnancy underwire bras. I only wear a bra for maybe half the day though. I wear a G cup and never found comfortable bras other than underwire ones so I just stuck to them.

I quit wearing underwire at my second trimester. Victoria Secret has a super cute padded bra without underwire. It was recommended to me by someone nursing. I'm busty and can't wear sports bras as I work in a corporate office and still need shape and support.
