My right breast has a really hard spot... A lump... That is very painful. It hurts to move my arm. I've pumped, got in a hot shower, massaged and then pumped again. It won't go away. Anyone know what it could be? There's nothing visible on the outside... No redness or swelling. I don't have any other signs or symptoms.
