I made myself a homemade batch this weekend, and then on my drive into work this morning with a large to-go cup filled with this in my hand, I remember the nurse saying no herbal teas. So I get to work and Google it of course, and passion tea is apparently a big no no because of the hibiscus. Needless to say I'm now staring at my half drunk beverage wishing I could finish it. But my question is, as long as I haven't over consumed and commit to stop, I should be fine, right? I'm now 16 weeks pregnant. I've had them here and there all pregnancy.
