Hi ladies! I have a question about my fertility days. Which day is supposed to be ovulation day? I usually know when I ovulate because I can feel it but I just want to know what the best method is during those "green" days on when to baby dance etc etc :) Thank you in advance!

Listen, I've learned it's not about how much sex you have but about the timing I only had sex the day before my + Opk, the day of the Opk and the day after when I had another + opk. 3 times in one month that's it

Green window is when you're the most fertile and chances of pregnancy are higher. So if you're trying for a baby, green window is the best time.

Pink window is the day you start, to the day you end.

The rest are your days off, but still log how you feel on those days!
