I've had all those same issues... I had a HSG test done that determined that I have a blocked Fallopian tube. I started taking a supplement called vitex to help me ovulate... It worked and now I'm 13 weeks pregnant!!! Unfortunately I'm still extremely hairy which seems to be hereditary!!😖

I'm hairy like that and I don't ovulate. I have a hormonal imbalance. I've been ttc for over a year with no success went to a fertility Dr and found all this out he has me on metformin 1500mg I'm in my third week. My body thinks I'm ovulating and I'm not causing me to be estrogen dominant well you need a balance of progesterone to ovulate.....so that might be the case

Sometimes it is just unexplained (that's what it was for me). I ovulated but my cycles were all over the place.  Sometimes it is a hormone imbalance, sometime reduced body fat is the issue, sometimes there is no identifiable issue at all.  I went to an endocrinologist at a fertility clinic.  We decided that the issue had to be fertilization or implantation because I got pregnant on my very firstIVF try, but nothing else prior to that worked.

Have you been tested for hypothyroidism? Diabetes or endometriosis? They can all cause irregular periods, ovulation issues, and hair growth x
