Snacks for after 3 hour glucose test?

I am getting my three hour glucose test done tomorrow and my paper say to bring a snack for after but I have no idea what to bring!

Just something you can eat right away. A lot of woman feel nauseous after wards and so bringing a snack for eating after you're done is just so you can feel better. That way you can eat immediately instead of waiting to get home or having to stop somewhere.

The Kind nut bars are perfect since they have so much protein. I haven't done mine yet but my friend did and she brought 2 of them and ate them right after and immediately felt better

When are they letting you eat? After your 4th blood draw? Cause you can't eat or drink or even chew gum during the 3 hour test.

Protein bar or beef jerky. Avoid something with a ton of sugar in it since that probably won't make you feel much better.
