Has anyone experienced bleeding after doc checked your cervix?

My doctor checked my cervix to see if im dialated and once i got home i started seeing light blood. Is this normal? Did anyone experience this?

I do get spotting but it's only when I wipe and it usually goes away that same day.

Yeah I was in labor and delivery and was bleeding after the doctors checked my cervix. The nurses said it's completely normal and even expected as long as it's just a little blood...if there's a lot then I would be concerned but the spotting lasted a couple hours for me
