Primrose oil is it safe???

38 weeks and only dialted to a 1 will this help before my next dr appt?

I used it but i started at 35 weeks. At 37 weeks i started inserting 3 a night before bed i thinned out and dialated quickly when i was in labor but everyone is different. Its alwaus worth a shot. But before bed is best and wear a pad or liner so you dont oil up your panties when you get up

I think it's something these takes a while to build up. I would just be patient, walk a lot, and have sex.
